The “Friends of West End” program is an internship networking program for our college age staff. The idea is for our staff to be able to work as paid interns, being matched with someone from our extensive alumni network. The goal for our counselors to have access to a 4-6 week internship, from mid May to mid June, so they can receive career experience while continuing to work at camp. We have even helped counselors with a winter break internship as well.
